![]() ![]() Two, it’s hard not to go brain dead and accidentally melee the necro at some point over the 7 hours if he comes at you fast. I tried this a few times and it’s a pain. ![]() Also it’s recommended you open up the map with the explosive for room like in the video. At 4 health, you can take 2 hits max before you die which is more likely to happen than you’d expect over a 7 hour run. Sledge and Shovel take too long inbetween use to recommend using, as you’re very vulnerable as skeleton. First you need an explosive and melee weapon, preferably the wrench for reload timer reasons. First is the psychopathic method of farming freaks for 7 hours. Next, you have 2 options to do this achievement. Also it’s a good idea to farm freaks at least until you’re at 4 health and level 2 going into palace. Make sure you’re in the center of the circle when you blow yourself up and you’re quick to act, because the freaks can spawn and kill you quickly. Of course you could use any SD possible weapon for this, but the only feasible weapons are explosives and blood weapons. Bring an explosive weapon with you so you can kill yourself and don’t get boiling veins. In order to become skeleton, you need to die in a necro circle in labs. I think the golden nuke launcher would have heavily trivialized the amount of luck required for this, so I definitely recommend getting the golden nuke if you still have the gun gun in the proto chest.įirst thing you need to do is prep for becoming skeleton. Personally I got the golden disc for that cheevo. Hopefully you got the golden nuke launcher for good riddance, if so proto chest it over to melting. I've seen some Game Maker platformers that look or feel vaguely like Gunpoint and Risk of Rain.Ĭompare Jumper, a 2004 freeware platformer made in Game Maker that is well known within that community, to the point that its main character (Ogmo) is one of the unlockable characters in Super Meat Boy.Don’t try going after this until you’ve done everything else in the game except for the %100 achievement (though I recommend getting most of the crowns first for skill reasons). If anything, I'd argue that Gunpoint and Risk of Rain are more typical of the "Game Maker" look and feel, because I've seen a handful of other novice Game Maker projects that look like those 2 games, in terms of having very small character sprites relative to the total screen resolution (honestly not sure if that's a "default resolution" thing in Game Maker or if, for budget and time reasons, it's simply easier to commission animated character sprites for characters that are only a handful of pixels wide). Games you might have heard of that were made in Game Maker and in many cases look nothing alike: Similarities between Ubermosh and Nuclear Throne probably have more to do with Ubermosh more or less being a clone of Nuclear Throne than anything to do with default art assets in Game Maker. Game Maker is a system to organize and compile game code and art assets, but you get out of it what you put into it. There are plenty of Game Maker games that look or feel nothing like Nuclear Throne or Ubermosh. I was wondering why the health bar looks identical to the one from Downwell. (even down to using some same graphics/assets) By the way this game is made with game maker, so if you have seen some games that look somewhat similar (like ubermosh) it's because of that. ![]()
